I brought my 2020 Honda Pilot into the service bay fearing the worst. Bryan met me at my car and from that point on was terrific. Long story short, I was dealt the best service I could ever imagine from a dealerships service department. Brian was a blessing in the treatment given to my situation. He even spoke to my wife on my cell phone to give her the details of the service. In the end the problem I thought I had was not even a problem. The waiting room was extremely clean with coffee and water provided. The dealership proved to be honest and I will trust them goi g forward if ever needed.
