Trish went above and beyond. Excellent and honest. The truck was supposed to be detailed when delivered. It had not even been washed. Filthy with glass and nails in the bed. The engine looked like a dirt road. I contacted Trish and she was apologetic but offered nothing like a gift card or anything to make up for it. I live 4 hours away. Just a gesture like that would have went a long way. You spend a lot of money and you want a new to you car to be as clean as possible.
