Dealer ship was good that’s y I always take my jeep there very friendly

My sales rep Alberto was great to work with ,Ed in financing made it a pleasure signing Docs , overall management was great. It was a pleasure buying a car at Sierra Chrysler Dodge dealership.

Issac was great and did us well in customer service. Unfortunately they could duplicate the problem. When we picked it up we were told they tried various times but could not see any malfunction. So when they dropped van off for us my wife,her van, hit the lock button on key and we heard the noise we came in for. My wife disappointed said let's just go and we did.

The team at Jeep Dodge Chrysler of Monrovia was awesome. I can honestly say this was the least painful/most enjoyable car buying experience we have had. Our salesman Anthony was fantastic.

Fred did a great job addressing ghe issues with my jeep. It's not easy yet they made the experience seamless
