Fred is great. Very knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond. He is very good about giving daily updates and communicating what the status is of my car.
My husband is always the one to take my car in for servicing. Today I took the car in. This is the first time at the new location. I was very happy. Nice facility. Service was very quick. I was pleasantly surprised! And best of all, was the nice and friendly care and customer service I received from Fred. Very professional.
