The process was super smooth. The dealership we went to prior tried to pull some 'funny business' and we didn't get any of that with Carr. They were clear, upfront, and efficient.

I had an oil leak that CARR repaired. The epoxy failed and the oil leaked even worse after a couple of days. Steve found an appointment for me to bring my car back in and got it repaired correctly. He's great!
