Amazing experience!! Jonathan was extremely knowledgeabe. Any questions we had, he knew the answer off the top of his head. We didn’t feel pressured at all, which was a first and added to our overall confidence buying from this dealership. Jonathan was so friendly! We’d absolutely buy from Carr Auto Group again if we could work with Jonathan!

I had to get a bit of work done for my 60,000 mile tuneup although my car had 70,000 miles. Steven communicated fairly well however after having the car for two days and spending over $2000 it would have been nice to have had the car washed. It was explained that they didn't have enough time although the car was finished on a Thursday evening and I did not pick it up until Friday at noon.

They were courteous, efficient and got my car back on the road in a reasonable amount of time.
