This service department has absolutly no pride in themselves or their work. Lack of leadership has broken the back of the service dept. Even the sales personnel are ashamed of them.

1st visit re "service engine soon" internittant light on eight-year old Cad. Eight hours later, received a call stating nothing wrong. Charge $70
2nd visit: Same as above some six months later with "service engine soon intermittant". Car never looked at on day of scheduled appointment. By noon of second day, called service. Still had not been looked at. Called at 3:00 p.m. that afternoon, Report "believed to be failing transmission", which "We don't repair." Picked up car an hour later. Charge $70.
