Earnhardt continues to impress and spoil me. The time came for my first service after the service contract expired. Expected to be hit with a huge, over-inflated bill. Didn’t happen. Rick Johnson is my service guy and even if I had a complaint he would nod and feel my pain, great psychology. I did arrive early, so that helped. I got my nice loaner, drove to the gym. An hour or so later, before my next destination, I got the text that my car was ready. My paperwork was ready (I have to say, Earnhardt does use up a TREMENDOUS amount of paper) my car was nice and clean. I guess I will keep going back for service until it doesn’t make fiscal sense anymore or they get too pushy for me to buy a replacement vehicle. Keep it up, Earnhardt.

Battery in my 2023 Lexus ES 350 F Sport died. Needed a new battery and prefer Lexus quality over the ones offer by the jump start people. Called Michael Southern and he was waiting for me after I got a jump start. What a guy. Busy Saturday and he told me what to expect time wise and showed me the waiting area and offerings, like coffee. Beat the time estimate by an hour and washed my car too. Most pleasant man. Bought our second car with Earnhardt and greatly enjoyed our experience with David; he is so kind and I highly recommend going to him ! Talked with the manager, Jimmy, a little bit through text communication and together they really worked with me on getting our new car. I'd say our experience was even better than the last time I bought a car here 2 years ago ! Both times I've purchased from Earnhardt Lexus, I was not pressured at all in the finance office nor while we were negotiating for the car. Earnhardt Lexus has not failed to make the car buying process easy-going and not stressful at all. Thank you !
