Erick Pardo is the best! I came late in the day to check out a pre-owned vehicle listed for sale by Shaheen Cadillac. Erick welcomed my inquiry, promptly worked on getting me into the vehicle for a test drive, facilitated answers to all concerns and had the vehicle detailed the next morning. A real pleasure to meet and work with Erick—he assisted me all the way through concluding the purchase and even with getting MyChevrolet app synchronized with this vehicle!
