I had the best time today! I knew what kind of car I wanted but Matt really helped me pinpoint! He took the time and made me feel valued! I cannot recommend him enough!
My husband Dan and I cannot praise Sharpnack Ford enough! From start to finish we had the best customer service, no pressure, respect, and a friendly group of people through the entire process! Sharpnack Ford has been servicing our 2012 Econoline van since 2013. They have helped us with regular maintenance, and emergency repairs. Cathy, Richard, Tim, Bob and Tom are always so friendly and bend over backwards to help us. I usually stay and wait on my van. They always try to make me feel right at home. Even though I don't usually get to meet the technician that works on our van, they always do great job. If there is ever a problem when I get the van back, the staff always gets right on it and gets it fixed without extra expense. Well done everyone at Sharpnack!
Sharpnack has been servicing all of our vehicles for years. In the past has always been a 5 star service Now they are a 1-star, have been trying to get some issues worked out on our F-350 king ranch. Has been going on for almost a year. Have had this vehicle in for service multiple times and they send it back "repaired" we pay for the service but same issues are not addressed correctly. When service advisor is contacted about the incomplete service we get no response, no call back no emails! Spent over $ 3,000.00 on last service, they got the oil changed but that was it. Was told it would be another $ 3,000.00 to fix sqeeking leaf springs because they were worn and needed replaced. Finally took it to different dealer and they fixed the leaf spring issue for FREE! Getting ready to purchase a new heavy duty truck, not going to be from Sharpnack.
