Went in for my Toyota provided 15,000 mile service ( tire rotation) and I told the service advisor I had a brake pulsation, the service advisor told me it would be $150 to check it out ! The truck is a 2024 with 15000 miles on it! I don’t think I will be returning or recommending! And they can forget the Highlander that I was going to purchase in the spring also.

Great service. Park at door and I was there at 7 am before garage open. He welcome me and I only needed a state inspection. Put me in order to get it done. And got my truck done before 9 am. That is SUPER. Well done. It’s been very hard to get inspections done.

1 1/2 hours for a state inspection is too long. If you have an appointment it should have been 30 minutes.
