Great overall experience at Schomp Hyundai! Worked with Brandan Daniels to buy my new Venue. He is a chill, no pressure guy. There were a few minor glitches with receiving the document copies from the dealership, which were easily corrected. This was by far my best experience at a new car dealership. 😁

He was patient and never made me feel pressured. We had some some rough patches with paperwork, but that had nothing to do with him. Manuel bent over backwards to make up for the delays.

Manuel helped get me out of a crazy BHPH/Car Hop trap and got me into a much nicer vehicle at a lower price, saving me thousands!

Sierra from sales handled customer's concerns very well when the service advisor couldn't actually find my appointment. I really appreciate her involvement and taking this matter to closure and got my service done immediately. Thanks to the sales team for making the purchase a wonderful experience overall better. It was nice to work with Atilla and Rafael who negotiated and patiently worked with me. I was working with Atilla 2nd time and he is someone I could trust in the center. Kamen explained us all the functions of the car in detail and we were very happy about it as it was almost the last hour of the day. The only negative is from HFS since as a customer you do want a stable APR% but they raised the APR just during my purchase which was disapppointing for me as you want the best deal and changing the rates only for a month is really shocking. I have raised this concern to them and is awaiting a resolution. Thanks all, keep up the good work.

An excellent low pressure delaership. The prices are clearly marked and they don't have extra dealer fees or fees you find out about at the last minute. They do offer you add in packages of various usefulness, but they accept your answer if you decline and don't ry to push you into anything.

From the moment my husband and I arrived, he was extremely patient, personable and knowledgeable He took the time to explain everything to us clearly and made sure we understood each step of the process. We had a lot of questions and were trying to to get the best posible deal. We never felt rushed or pressured, and that made us feel very confident on our choice of car. What really stood out to me was when we needed to go back home to get some paperwork and bring our trade in. Ricardo was kind enough to wait for us and was completely understanding. That meant a lot to us and showed how much he genuinely cared about helping us. We truly felt respected, valued, and taken care of throughout the entire experience. Ricardo went above and beyond to make this experience stress free. Car buying can be intimidating and stressful but he made it very easy.
