Well ,I took my car in to get a oil change and they ended up letting me use a coupon that had recently expired. I really appreciated that and that kind of series makes me want to stay with Showcase for my service needs..
Bring car for paint required service with the free oil change and tire rotation Every 6-7 months for 3years

Charging for using a credit card to pay should be the dollar not the customer . Transportation should be offer for those who the waiting is more than 1 hour
