Made an appointment for an oil change, service was completed in a timely manner. Communication was very good thru the process.

Awesome dealership this is me and my wife second time going through this dealership and wassim rida always takes care of us. Process was simple and smooth. If in the market for Chrysler dodge jeep or ram definitely choose LaFontaine Walled Lake.

Me and my girlfriend went LaFontaine Walled Lake to buy a used car and we were told there's nothing they can do for us, They never even showed us a car the sales guy just told us our credit wasn't good enough to buy a car from them, so we left and went back a week later to another Lafontaine dealership and they were able to get us approved.
They ripped off my son and didnt fix his bumper that was needing a clip. They put in writing when we bought. I called over 30 times and was put on hold for over 20 minutes with no pick up or hung up on. I contacted better business bureau and the dealership lied and said they tried to call and text. That was a lie. I even called and left 4 messages after the fact. They kept us at dealership for over 5 hours with almost 3 hours after finance was completed. They wanted to wash the truck for us and kept misplacing truck and when I asked where it was(4 times) manager would never get back to me. My salesman went and got a shave and a haircut while we were there. MAKE SURE YOU GET ALL STUFF DONE BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Thought u could trust especially that I had in writing but I was wrong. Hope they are happy with themselves this was my sons first vehicle and they made it a miserable experience over a bumper clip. Will never go he again not a fan of dishonest people. Dealership was ver slow by the way 2 customer other then me while I was there. Seem it was more important to chat with co workers then care for customers.
