The people are great to work with and they get your service finished quickly. The staff are always very friendly and helpful.
When I showed up at Columbia Ford, I was expecting the deal to be too good to be true. I had done extensive research and knew that the price they were offering was the best deal in the country. Johnny stayed in contact with us during the process while we were planning to make the drive up to Columbia from Huntsville. When I test-drove my 2023 Ford F-150 Limited, it did not disappoint. I immediately came back, finished up with Johnny, then went into the dreaded Finance office. That is where I met Steve. I have been buying cars for over 30 years. I have NEVER spent so much time in a Finance office, and it turned out to be a good experience. He didn't just push product, but treated us like humans instead of a sale. Usually, you walk out of Finance thinking somebody smeared a buggar on your back and you need a shower. Steve in Finance has totally reset my expectations on how the finance portion of car-buying should operate. Not only did he explain the warranties (all finance folks do that), but when he gave me the price, I was absolutely delighted and ended up getting double the amount of warranty time. To top it all off, Chris, the Managing Partner, came by twice during the process to chat and even offered to go out for coffee sometimes when I come back up. Thank you, Ford of Columbia. Going to buy a car is like going to get a root canal, and you make it like going out to a steak dinner. I appreciate you all!

5 star customers Service.. I had unexpected battery issues. The dealership took me the same morning that I called. I was approached approximately four times in the waiting room to make sure I was comfortable and didn’t need water etc. You truly could tell that everyone cared about their customers. I would highly recommend this dealership. They not only checked my battery but went over and above what I had asked them to do. It’s very comforting to have a dealership where I can trust especially having to deal with car issues by yourself.. Thank you.
