Helpful , they were easy to deal with very professional Only draw back I wish they have more 2500 trucks to choose from other then that the experience was great

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Smith Ford and this is my first experience with them. I have bought several cars in my lifetime and dealt with at least 10 dealerships. I am so impressed with Smith Ford. They made everything so easy and quick! From the time I contacted the sales department to the time I drove my vehicle off the lot was less than 24 hours!!! So professional and friendly...GREAT JOB!

The folks at Smith Ford were very kind considerate & accommodating. I purchased a vehicle from them because of that! You can find a great vehicle anywhere but you can’t always find people who appreciate your business without making you feel like a number or that you have to buy what they feel is best for you! They worked with my budget & helped me get the vehicle I wanted. The vehicle was clean and they even filled it up with gas for me. I had been to several other dealerships in this area, & wasn’t very impressed with their mgt.. I’m glad I went to Smith Ford. Matt Kincaid & Cheryl listened to me & was polite & genuine. Ppl remember how they’re treated good or bad! Some of the other dealerships should work on that!
