What Others Say

This is a family owned business that is both honest and talented. George and his staff are willing to tackle any repair whether large or small. They are high on my list and I would recommend them in a heart beat.

Finding someone that knows Mercedes and is honest, fair and straight forward is difficult. They have been great in accommodating me because I am on the road every day for over 200 miles. A real pleasure to deal with. Family owned

Not only have I purchased two vehicles (both used Saabs) from South County Motors, I have had my cars repaired/maintained by them. They are knowledgeable, helpful and honest. There is a level of professionalism at this shop that is consistently outstanding and has been for the more than 10 years that I have been a customer. Because they care about customers, many, like myself, return , since we know they will go out of their way to serve in a respectful manner.

All I will say is this ..... if you buy a used car from this man and he tells you it was recently inspected ... know that the auto repair shop (down the road from dealer) who supposedly inspected it , probably did not. Dealer just sends card down there, tells inspection facility car is "fine" and they throw a sticker on it. After I purchased a used car from him and my mechanic checked the basics and found serious problems, I called the DMV and spoke to person who heads inspection division. I then called dealer and told him I was going to lodge complaint ... he asked that I do not as it would get "my friend" in trouble ..... he then fixed the problems (grumbling all the way) to the tune of about $600 worth of work. I was in a situation where I lived too far to drive to mechanic before agreeing to purchase otherwise I probably would not have bought the vehicle. My problem is, I guess, that I TRUST people. The man and woman who own this dealership are very friendly and give the impression they are a local, family owned, above board dealership . I believed them. I was very, very wrong to do so.

He sold me a rodeo would not budge on price and ended up being a LEMON!!! Dont buy from this dealer you will get nothing but lies and a piece of junk they fixed up long enough to get you home then itll fall apart! He didnt even put any fluids in this truck Im suprised it didnt throw a rod!! I have spent 4000 on the truck then another 1500 on parts!! I will NEVER buy anything from these people again! Ive never been done so dirty in my life!!
