As someone who does not live in Austin and could not catch a break in my own city when looking for a wrangler. I took a random chance, as I had some down time in Austin and called into this location and spoke with Carrie. Best decision I made was to come in a meet and look at the car in person, I cannot stress how important it was for me to feel like I had control and was not being hassled at every turn as this was my first purchase! Carrie heard my needs, answered every ridiculous question I had and made sure I felt as comfortable as possible. She came in on her day off and even offered to drive the car to the city I currently reside in. As a woman I didn’t wanna feel scammed walking out as I did not have my father there to help. I walked out the same exact day, keys in hand, a lot more knowledge and the best deal possible on a brand new 2026 jeep wrangler. Not only was Carrie knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, the rest of the team were also just as friendly and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable throughout my 3 hours there and what was supposed to be to be a test drive and getting more information, turned into me purchasing my dream car since 16 and leaving satisfied, 10s across the board! Once again I thanks them and definitely recommend!

I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee and had a great experience with this dealership. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Elton was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. I never felt pressured, and he took the time to answer all of my questions throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to make a new vehicle purchase.

I brought my 2021 Promaster 2500 in for service on 11/21/25 with under 55k miles. The vehicle would not come out of 1st gear. 25 days later, they claimed that they replaced the transmission under warranty. 6 days later and 90 miles we returned because again the transmission wouldn't come out of 1st gear. Justin Frazier assured us that the previous transmission has actually happened, and again replaced the transmission under warranty. Now less than 2 months later the vehicle will not move forward in Drive.

I purchased a 2024 RAM 1500 from them that I have since traded in. I have been calling them since October 2nd trying to cancel my extended warranty and get refund fed the unused portion that I am entitled to. Every phone call went to a different voicemail. I left messages and have yet to receive a call back. I finally called sales and spoke with a sales manager. He wanted to put me through to a voicemail to leave a message. I explained this was not acceptable. He finally gave me a specific email I was told I was to email and they would send me the form I needed to complete. A few days went but and I received an email that stated the person that does this was off due to a family matter. While I am sorry to hear this, is there only one person at this dealership that does this? I have heard nothing else. I have even emailed the person who did finally email me back asking for an update and no response! The customer service e is horrible and I will never purchase a car from this dealership again!
