We had a great experience working with Josh in the finance department. He took the time to clearly explain all of our options, walked us through each step of the process, and made sure we fully understood what we were signing and why. Nothing ever felt rushed or confusing, and he was patient in answering questions and breaking down details in a way that actually made sense. Buying a car can feel overwhelming, but Josh made the financing side straightforward and transparent. It was clear he genuinely wanted to find the best solution for our situation, not just push us through paperwork. Good service. Took longer than expected to finish the purchase. My vehicle was delivered without a spare tire. As per salesperson is not included in the vehicle. Vehicle is new, first time in came without spare tire.
Honda of Valley Stream was clean and service was clean. I was kept up to date on everything happening
