Great experience purchasing my new vehicle on October 30, 2024. No pressure from Aaron to purchase the first vehicle I drove earlier in the month. Two weeks later after much research I found a vehicle that was no longer available but instead I got a vehicle that was in the showroom and is the vehicle I was searching for and more. It was nice that Aaron didn’t try to talk me down to a lesser vehicle but really listened to what I wanted. Great purchase experience from getting financing to the final step of signing paperwork. We have purchased three vehicles from Baglier, the process is always smooth , Jeff has been with them for quite some time and is good to deal with. Fair trade in allowance on our prior Mazda, we will be back when it is time again although that is usually a long time with a reliable make they specialize in.

First off, Shawn and Amy are amazing!! I drove 2 hours from Ohio (worth it) to see this beautiful Challenger RT with Shaker package. Test drive went great, trade-in was good, and even the financing surprised me (in a good way). This was a low-pressure, easy-going experience from start to finish. I got a good deal, great interest rate, and have a bumper-to-bumper warranty (minus the bumpers LOL)! If you're in the market, definitely Stop at Baglier in Butler, PA. It's worth the drive if you're out-of-state - and talk to Shawn! He answered questions and held the vehicle prior to me driving 2 hours and at the end, I was quite pleased. This was a wonderful experience and I wouldn't hesitate to make that drive for my next purchase :)
