The service department is always professional and pleasant! I never have an issue making an appointment and they always try to get my vehicle in to work around my schedule.
Staff was extremely attentive and friendly. Service was thorough and vehicle returned in clean state.

I have bought multiple cars from Spirit and I am always happy with the service provided through the buying experience and after. I bought a brand new car years ago and had an axle fail a few months after I took it home. They had it replaced and back in my driveway by the next weekend. I purchase cars every year, so I’ve experienced the good the bad and the ugly when it comes to dealerships and overall car buying experiences. The Spirit dealership and the entire team there including the owners, my salesperson Wendy, and every single person who assisted me while I was at the dealership were truly a pleasure to work with. How often can you say a dealership was a pleasure to work with? Not very often in my experience. If you are looking for a Jeep, Chrysler, or Dodge in the South Jersey area, do your homework and you will find exactly what I found… Spirit is the only Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge dealership around that demonstrated true integrity, avoided high pressure sales tactics, and met (and actually exceeded) my expectations. I very rarely say this regarding car purchases, but I will most certainly be a repeat customer at Spirit.
