They always take care of their customers. I have bought 5 vehicles from them and they never disappoint. Their service department is top notch. Salma and Jorge always get my vehicle in and out as quick as possible.
During my last visit, I explained that a noise was still occurring when braking—an issue related to brake work they had performed a few months earlier. They supposedly checked it and took the Tundra for a test drive, claiming they didn't hear anything; yet, immediately after leaving the shop, the noise started up again. They insisted they hadn't heard a thing. However, they were able to provide an estimate of over $3,000 for recommended services the Tundra supposedly needed. I am disappointed with the service, especially since I have personally bought two cars from this dealership and referred three other people who also purchased vehicles there.
I always have a great experience, that is the reason I continue to drive so far from my home. Thank all the service staff for their generosity and the courtesy driver for his politeness.

It is a pleasure to bring my Prius Two for service. The team is always professional and quickly checks in my vehicle. If there are any concerns with my vehicle they let me know. They notify when my vehicle is ready to be picked up. I can also count on my car being washed unless. Thanks to Israel for getting me checked in and to Sheldon for seeing that the needed service was done and applying any available discount. I really appreciate all you do!
