Great customer service received from Tom. Very knowledgeable and cares about his customers. After the sale was completed and I drove off, he made himself available for a phone consultation on new car features.
Salesman Thanh Mac, also known as Tom, was very helpful and answered all of our questions, even after 12 days with our car. However, my co-signer was concerned about the behavior of the finance representative, Ricky Ogborn, during the finalization and signing of our paperwork. At times, he was loud and came across as disrespectful in his interactions with Tom. Again Tom was great.

Tom Mac is the reason why we bought the car. We were comparing the Rav 4 to the CRV… the deal was better at the Toyota dealership but my parents really liked working with Tom. He’s helpful without being pushy, and very considerate and patient. This dealership is lucky to have him.
