Purchased new camaro and the deal was good even though Kevin our salesman had to do the sale and finance which I found odd I think they need some more help because it took a little longer but that was fine. PDI leaves a lot to be desired in my book car had 5 lbs low tire pressure in each tire engine bay dirty and no washer fluid really! Also we had to drive 200 miles home. Hand washed car a few days later and found ground effects was loose which should have been caught so I had to take the car too the local dealer which kept it over night and I was without a vehicle. dealer said prep was not done right Aside from that worth the drive over

CALLED TO TELL THE DEALERSHIP THAT THE CAR THEY SOLD ME JUST OVER A YEAR TODAY THAT THE TRANSMISSION WENT OUT THEY SAID IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO. ALSO HAD AN ATTITUDE ABOUT IT SHOULD HAVE KNOWN CAR WAS CRAP THEY RUSHED ME INTO A DEAL AND NEVER EVEN GOT MY FREE TINTS I WILL BE FILING A LAW SUIT AGAINST THEM OR MR CHUCK HIMSELF CAR DIDNT EVE HAVE 100K MILES ON IT YET.

This was our 4th purchase from Chuck Stevens Chevrolet, 3 of them including my 2015 Tahoe being BRAND NEW. From the deal,service, truck, going back for more services, having spoken to EVERYONE except Mr. Stevens himself, I can HONESTLY say they have lost a loyal customer! I cannot believe the lack of professionalism that this dealership head succumbed to with the loss of prior management and sales staff. I will be escalating all the issues to the BBB, GM, and the Alabama Consumer Affairs Division for Consumer Fraud. It really is a pity that you can no longer count on solid, quality customer service anymore from them. This dealership used to go the extra mile or 100 extra miles. Really is a shame!

I was greatly appreciative of my sales person and the finance manager. Actually almost everyone there was very friendly and helpful. However, Mr. Stevens please tell me why the facility looks as though no one has done anything to this place since the 90's. I'm kinda glad but sad at the same time to say the cleanest place there was the restroom-go figure! The offices looked as though no one has cleaned, vacuumed, dusted, or remodeled anything for over a decade (or 2). The showroom floor-located outside is a hazard. There are broken ceramic tiles everywhere. I was just appalled considering I've visited the Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep location and it looks NOTHING like this. I'm not sure if that location is bringing in more revenue than Chevy but please show your customers that your're glad to see them by at least having furniture they don't mind sitting in or feeling like they need to clean it before they have a seat. Again I'll say the customer service was SUPERB but this facility needs a WHOLE LOT OF TLC!!!! I have and will continue to recommend Chuck Stevens to family and friends but this issue really needs to be addressed.

My experience to buy a new car was great. Everyone was nice and professional. We got the vehicle my wife wanted. I will recommend Chuck Stevens to eveyone.
