I took inventory of my lease on July 17,2023. My Corsair has been in the shop FOUR times! Ryan McInerney does not respond to my letters and Brendt Henry was no help at all. I will not be getting money from them, for missing work. This is not a good dealership at all. PLEASE go somewhere else. The vehicles are NOT "luxury" but nightmares.
I like the dealership. I see the car I need. They showed me different cars. I’m excited about purchasing my next car with them. Audreas is good sales persons. He services the 2014 Lincoln mkz for me and I like that car. I’m going to go with witch ever one me and my uncle Conie get approved for.Thanks for asking me to live a review
Brought my car in for a tire pressure sensor one week with no trouble found. They just aired up and sent on my way. Came back the next week for same sensor and there was a nail in the sidewall. Okay had to buy a new tire. As employee get a discount. But when I got the bill the discount was not calculated correctly. When I bought to the attention of the cashier and the service rep they adjusted after much discussion. Will not be back as I don't think that they handled the situation the best. Two trips for the same issue not sure if they put pin in tire or it was there the first time as well as miscalculation of the bill. This is just one of many issues with Service that I have experienced. And my dealing with sales has been very sketchy as well. My recommendation would be travel a little further as the customer service here is not the best.
Never responded to my request for information. xxxx poor customer service. From the looks of other reviews, this is standard procedure.
