They were very nice and fast they made you feel like family I will be going back
Elaine's always super fast and efficient. She makes sure my service experiences are smooth and clear, which is great. I've been a customer for almost five years, and I can honestly say I've always had good experiences. She always explains what my car needs really well, and I've never had any unexpected charges on my bill, which is a big deal for me.
The dealership was good but going through warranty to get a part approved took 3 weeks to have my car back but I was given a loaner after the 1st week
Great service, not a long wait. The staff are nice and responsive. Hot coffee while you wait. Can never go wrong.
It's really easy to reach, even from Brooklyn. Clean and spacious wait area makes the service time a bit less stressful. Customer service is helpful and willing to answer your questions.
Service was great my infotainment system had to be replaced and it was completed the same day with an appointment. Will Torres is my service advisor and he took care of me.
