My last oil change at this dealership was disappointing. My advisor, Elaine, is not there, and Mr. Torres assisted me. I arrived at 10:55 a.m., and my appointment was scheduled for 11:15 a.m. The service was completed at 1:55 p.m., and a few recommendations were made to change my cabin and air filter. I have no problem with that, except that I changed my cabin and air filter just one month ago. This indicates that the technician who performed the check did not do so correctly. Was it an error, or was it an intentional deception of the customers?
Was happy with the car given us when I went to look for a new car. Adam Gilani was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Made feel comfortable. Found me my new car in red.
