I truly hate buying cars, so finding a dealership I trust is everything to me. I recently traded in my car at Steingold Volvo, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. I called ahead and was very transparent about my budget, my must-haves, and what I was looking for. They listened. When the right car came in, they called me immediately. I was there within the hour, the numbers worked, and I drove home that night with everything on my wish list and more. They were kind, honorable, and incredibly easy to work with. After 15 years with the same dealership in Chicago, I was hoping to find that same long-term relationship here in Providence. I can confidently say I have. I will not go anywhere else.

I went to buy a car and found a new friend. Stephen really listens and he cares which is unheard of in the car industry! He took care of me like family and I am now driving a safe, reliable vehicle that I don’t have to add to my list of life concerns. Simply professional, knowledgeable and he went out of his way, but never let on he did. That’s class!

Volvo Overseas Program, great experience. What I liked and appreciated the most was I didn’t feel like I was being sold on anything I did not want. Bought the car with the accessories that I wanted. Michael could answer every question, did not hesitate with any answers and clearly knew the program very well. Would and probably will do it again, have recommended the program, Steingold and Michael to others with confidence they will have the same positive experience. Of note, you don’t have to live in RI or near the dealership. Steingold will accommodate you regardless of where you live.

This was by far the easiest and most enjoyable car-buying experience I've had. The new dealership is beautiful!
