Our salesman and the service shop attendants are great but there is a lack of professionalism at the cashier. The waiting room is often crowded and the service wait time is too long.

I don't think anybody wants to spend three hours at a car dealership. The services performed were done in a timely manner. The service writer was very good and the check in process was painless. I'm grateful for the free wifi and the free coffee. It was very good.

Went in for an oil change which the advisor said it would only be an hr to hr and half. Ended up taking 3 hours. And then when leaving I had to wait like 20 minutes just to get my car while people after me got their car first! First and last time I will ever go there!

The person who helped me was very nice and professional. My issue was resolved. Thank you.
