Steve has done nothing but provide us excellent customer service! Don’t go anywhere else he is honest and stands by his word

My girlfriend and I both bought cars from him in a week. Spent about 11,000 Made it home in mine alright but we drove her car about half way home and it started shaking and the check engine light can on so we called the next day and they told us to bring it up so we did. They had it for a week told us they needed to order the part and it would take a week or so to come in so we had them keep it up there. 3 and a half weeks later we finally got it back I made it 5 miles before the check engine light can back on. I called him told him what it was Doing. Then he proceeded to call me an ungreatful xxxxx and hung up on me....so when I finally got it home spent another 1,000 on it it's seems to run fine....they just had my truck for 3 weeks as well and steve was rude every time I would call because God for bid he call and let Simone know what's going on when he has your vehical for 3 weeks. If I know how to stick him with both vehicles I would.

Steve and his staff are very good doing what the do Steve is very honest to his word.bought a journey. Off him and the heater core went out and he bought and replace it for nothing.and he replace the brakes. Without charge.like like these other dealership. Would recommend anybody to give him a chance.

I helped my daughter purchase a car from steve at firestone auto that had a 60 day warranty but that turned out to be a joke. We had the car back in there shop every week after we purchased it & all of the problems were not fixed. Now you cant hardly pump gas in it but they havent fixed it then steve said if it kept coming back he may have to start charging even though its still under warranty ? Apparently his mechanics arent all that experienced.i would not recomend them!

They back there cars and do a great job of findind you the car you want. I would recomend anyone to buy a car from them. They are good with there word. Thanks guys.
