Jason was very accommodating and thoughtful regarding my needs given that the work ended up taking longer than expected and I had groceries in the loaner car.
I'm on my 5th Subaru ( We currently own 2 now and 1 is being leased). 4 of them were handled through Granite, they are always great to deal with . The service center is top notch and doing business is always easy. There is a reason I keep coming back!
Friendly and reliable service. I like that they keep you updated about where your car is in the service queue. And the waiting area is very comfortable.
I came to this dealership to check out a used 2023 Subaru Forster Sport with about 15,000 miles on it. The price was right, and it was a cool looking package. I set up an appointment with Sarah Brown to have my trade-in appraised and to check out the potential purchase. I ended up with Billy Crusselle for a salesman, and I'm happy I did. I was vibing with him right away. We talked about our cars, our jobs, and sweet mechanical keyboards. He had my trade-in appraised higher than I was expecting, and showed me what the financing was going to look like on the Forester I was looking at. After deliberations with my wife, I did not end up buying the car, despite the generous offers from Billy. Despite this, I knew this was where I was going to buy a car, I just didn't know which car just yet. I received an email from Tyler Odom thanking me for coming in, and asking if he could help me with a new vehicle. I found a brand-new 2025 Subaru Forester Premium in Magnetite Gray, a color I absolutely love. Tyler and Billy worked with the numbers and my trade-in value, and we came to the magical monthly payment number I was looking to be at. I came down to the dealership, test drove the car for maybe 10 minutes, and knew it was the one. Billy showed me around the dealership while I waited for the finance manager Adam (I think that's his name) to free up. Going over the financing with Adam was as easy as I could have hoped for. He was honest about all pricing, and just like the sales department, worked with me on making sure I could get the extended warranty without bursting my budget. He at no point pressured me into anything else I wasn't interested in, and was just as personable and easy to chat with as Billy and Tyler. Finally, the time came to drive home in my new car! Tisha Gendron made sure I knew all of the basics and about the optional features before I drove home. She also made sure to let me know that I was always welcome to ask her about anything that I might have been confused on. I was decently well versed with the car by the time I drove it off the lot, and home. From where I live, it's an hour drive to the dealership. The dealerships close to where I live (Concord, NH area) were fine, but not very welcoming, and certainly did not go above and beyond to make me feel like a VIP at the dealership like Granite Subaru did. I've had positive experiences at other dealerships in the past, but nothing like this. If I moved to another town that was two hours away from Granite Subaru, I'd still come here to shop for a new vehicle first. I honestly felt like they did all but roll out a physical red carpet for me. Granite Subaru has a customer for life at this point.
Awsome service, compltly met my expecations. I will return for more service and recommend my friends to Granit Subaru.
