Cindy was great when I called to make appt, dropped off the car and when she called to communicate what they had found. She was knowledgeable and wonderful to work with! My experience changed when I came to pick up the car. 3 people sitting around, one was messing with cell phone. Had to wait about 15-20minutes for the person at the counter (I think his name was Thomas) to finish with other customers. He seemed to be the only one working that day (it was a Saturday). Then once he was done talking with me, someone took the car to wash. He said he did it by hand because they couldn’t put it through the auto wash. It came back wet. I asked him for a towel so I could dry it off. He brought a small towel over and quickly wiped a few areas and said “that’s the best I can do”. I explained about water spots and he didn’t seem to care, barely putting in any effort- just kept saying “that’s the best I can do”. I had just washed it the day before and got rid of all water spots. I wish he wouldn’t have even bothered with washing it because I ended up having to rewash at home to get rid of the water spots. What I expected to take 10-15 minutes, ended up taking about 45 minutes to pick up my car.

I was shopping for a certified used Crosstrek Wilderness and live in Southern California. I searched across the state for the model and color I was looking for and negotiated with several dealerships. Santa Cruz Suburu, specifically Tony and Jeff, came thru for me big time. They made the purchase easy and provided the best deal in California. The description of the car was exact and the entire process with everyone in the office was awesome. I could not have been happier with the entire purchase. I drove over 400 miles to purchase the car and it was well worth the drive. I will be coming back for my next one for sure. Prompt response to my call about the car. Set up appointment to test drive and bought the car that day. Very helpful in the two subsequent visits the following day when I needed to learn about the technology. Altogether a pleasant way to obtain what is turning out to be a great car.

went there couple months ago, test drive a mazda 3 hb, and subaru impreza hb, service is above average, but price is hard to negotiate. overall, worth to try.
