I brought my last vehicle I had in for a Oil change, ethan greeted me at my vehicle, asked what brought me by, i told him an oil change and general maintenance, he instructed me to go hangout in the waiting rooms while they bring it back for the service, after a short time he went over all the recommendations and multipoint inspection with me, delivered no bad news, communication was prompt clear and answered all my questions. Ethan is great and Ill definitely be bringing my car back for service!
