We had a very smooth transaction, a fair, trade-in and attentive salesman Brandon Large, Steven Jones, and finance Anthony Singh. We were introduced to Buick in Ocala when we purchased a car for our son four months ago and we came back to look at another vehicle when we came in for servicing for our son‘s car. We are very happy with our deal, very happy with our payment very happy with our trade-in and we would recommend and come back to Sullivan Buick GMC
We came into service at 7:30 am after being hit from behind by a semi truck. Had to put the spare tire on the night before and had damage with trim hanging loose. He got the tire replaced with an exact match and trim secured in one hour. So we could continue our 2300 mile journey to Phenoix, Az. Excellent, very pleased.
The process took too long. The appraisal of my truck took far to long. For a 2024 truck.
