Like always, great service. Joe was friendly, professional and even though I added a task I was out in less time than I thought it would take.
The dealership is nice, it's clean. The sales dept. was friendly and not pushy. However, when I went to pick up my vehicle the following day as instructed, it was not detailed/ cleaned. The gas tank was near empty. I am still owed the rear cover for the Honda Pilot I purchased. I am currently owed two vouchers for gas from the dealer/ sales person. The other items on the we owe list have been made good on. It Seems like the remaining has been put on the back burner.
The service was great, fast and reliable. Totally satisfied and recommend the Honda Sarasota service.
Easy to get appointment, no wait to get service going. Alberto was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Vehicle was ready when he said it would be, everything done as promised. He kept me informed and explained everything when service was completed.

Michael Malmsbury from Sales helped me diagnose the issue over the phone on a Sunday. Jessica set me up with a Service appointment ASAP and gave me excellent and prompt service. I could not be more pleased. Honda Sarasota is #1.
