Our saleswoman was excellent. She was helpful, responsive to our questions and very patient. She offered follow up help if we need it and gave us the impression that our relationship with her did not end with the sale.

Service department should streamline so that appointments can be on time and not have to leave the car there all day & be car-less. I like the personableness of the liason you are given as the go-between you and what's going on behind the scenes with the mechanics working on the car.
