Absolutely terrible customer service. I called and emailed throughout the week, requesting a few pictures of the interior (I lived 2 1/2 hrs away, but was cash in hand ready if all checked out) because the ones on autotrader were inaccurate according to their claim that the seats were completely black. They put me off for two days, telling me if not tonight, immediately the next morning they would have the pics to me. Never sent them(would have preferred honesty if they just didn't have the time rather than wasting my time waiting for nothing). Eventually just told me to come in, the interior is fine. They proceeded to call me after sending this email and when i called back, treated me extremely rude and said "he wasn't going to argue with me about blue and black seats" "Whats the big "hubub" about the pictures?" As I politely handled the whole converation and said thank you anyway he proceeded to say "ya ya blah blah blah as he hung up the phone. The most unprofessional way I have ever seen business be handled. I would NEVER purchase a car from this company.
I received a good deal on a truck. Dave was very informative about the truck before I purchased it. Said his on -site mechanic went over the truck and even installed new brakes all the way around. After buying the truck I noticed a loud rubbing noise from the front brakes when I stopped. 300 miles. I called Dave and asked if he would look at it. He said sure just drop it off. I did that Thurs morning. I called that afternoon and was told they couldnt hear the noise. I left work early to go there and took the mechanic for a ride with me. The rubbing was very obvious before we got out of parking lot. Dave said to leave it here and they would get it fixed Fri. I called Fri. and was told they were working to fix it and He would call me when it was done. No call. I called Sat it was done. I picked it up and the rubbing was exactly the same as when I dropped it off. Called Dave and was told he couldn't help me anymore. He wasted two days of my time and still have problem. BUYER BEWARE
