Jaylen was very friendly and professional. He gave the information I needed and completed the service I came in for. I did not have an appointment but was serviced quickly.

I have a 2016 Murano and a newly purchased 2025 Murano. The 2016 was overdue for service. The service rep was great- Daniel answered our questions. Now the 2016 has new brake pads and there was a non- issue with the air conditioner ( another repair shop told us it needed a very expensive new part! I’m very pleased with the service from Metro Nissan!
