Darrell Hoag is the service manager at this dealership. He has always been great. His team is thorough and they all ensure a white glove experience. Rarely do I struggle to find some issue with a service team at a brand dealership. However, in this case I have nothing but good things to say. There were some manufacturer recalls with my model. Even in the one situation where their initial work had to be revisited and expanded, because of the specific nature of the recall, Darrell and the whole service team were thoughtful and accommodating in their care for me, and in ensuring they went above and beyond to address the underlying factory design error.
