I’ve always been treated exceptionally well at Cronin. I will say I’m disappointed for the very first time with a follow up from the service department. I have made three attempts to get information on a warranty claim for my Jeep Rubicon that I purchased there last year. I have still heard nothing after being promised the last time when I stopped in, I would hear something by the end of the day. That’s been more than a week ago. Rain was very good at his job. He was very patient and thorough as well as courteous at all times.

Anna was extremely helpful with the process of purchasing my truck! I was a sedan owner my entire life, but needed to step up to owning a pickup due to my business. No one tried to upsell me on anything I didn't need, and they were willing to work with me on the cost a lot!
