Gave me misleading blue book. Mr. Tom was a real jerk... "Did you really think you could trade for your car and $5000? hahahaha!!!" As a matter of fact I did, for a newer truck elsewhere on the same day. They are rude and deceptive.

They quoted one price and said delivery was inlcuded. The salesman, Jerry Stewart, kept saying delivery was included. After discussions of the price, all of a sudden delivery was no longer included and they tried to add on another $250. Mr. Stewart denied that delivery was included when he said at least 5 times that it was. I would never do business with these individuals. They have no problem lying to you to get your money. Go somewhere else, ANYWHERE ELSE!

Even though I had purchased my automobile at this dealership, after the sale they forgot who I was. Their prices are sky high for maintenance andf they have lousy customer service. I ended up going to an independant garage where they acted like they wanted my buisness. They must change sales people every six months. Every time I go back the same sales people are no longer employed there. Go to Louisville next time.
