What Others Say

Smooth exchange with my trade-in. Hassle-free pricing. The pictures that they had on the site gave me the perfect visual. It was well worth it and I will be back for another vehicle.

My salesperson Tim is great .. The manager at the dealership was the worst ..Ken Mason needs to be reinstructed on customer service I love my Jeep I purchased but I will never ever go back to Tate for anything an I’ll let all my friends an family know that customer service at your establishment is the worst

As with many people today, COVID-19 has kept us on "lock down." Today, I had a chance to leave the house and so I went "window Shopping" for a car. When I arrived I thought the dealership was closed as I didn't see anyone inside or outside. Shortly after stepping out of my car, "Joe" stepped outside. He explained the reason the dealership appeared closed (COVID-19 precautions). He asked if I was browsing or had something in mind already. We chatted over some of my needs which led me to the Jeep Cherokee. I had already done my homework on several vehicles, the Cherokee being one of them. Long story short, after a fairly short discussion (in car buying time), we did numbers, covered warranties, etc., and... Homeward bound with a new (used) vehicle. No pressure tactics, relaxed atmosphere, no "salesman slang", just a very pleasant car buying experience. Oh, and by the way, my 17-year old son was with me during the entire purchase. He hopes his first car buying experience is as smooth as this one. Buy from "Great Tate" in confidence.

I came to the dealership because my car needed more work than I wanted to pay for, and I had been wanting to move on to a used small SUV. I was introduced to Mr. Butler as the sales agent, and he showed me the cars that fit the description of what I was looking for. He was very thorough in his descriptions of the cars and answered all of my questions. I felt very comfortable discussing the pros and cons with him. I felt he listened to what my needs were. I ended up with the best choice available and one that I was very happy to drive away with.

David Giddens is a personable, sincere, and overall great guy who will work hard for your business. He'll treat you in a friendly, straight-forward manner...never pushy and condescending, so you'll be pleased to work with him. The dealership's General Manager was a decent guy who seemed sincere with doing his best to get us a sales price and trade-in value that we were all happy with. Dealing with Tate Certified Used Cars was a good experience.

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Mr. Lyles was very imformative yet not overwhelming. He treated us very well making the experience as pleasant as possible without making it a long drawn out sale. Mr. Silverman in finance continued to make the deal as painless and short as he could. My overall experience even with the other sales rep was outstanding. I highly reccommend Tate and the people there for anyones car buying experience. Forever grateful, John & Sandy Mach
