Called and spoke with Eric with in hours had my paperwork ready....two days later made a trip from Louisiana to Dallas and in less than an hour the papers were signed and I was out the door! Great experience buying a 2001 ford excursion. Jerry was my sales person and he went beyond expectations for a used vehicle lot. You would have thought I was buying a new $ 50k vehicle with the service he provided. Vehicle isn't perfect but hey it's 13 years old. I love it. In my 40+ years of buying cars, this was one of the best experiences I've had. I had been looking for a MINI Cooper and found several in the DFW area that matched what I was wanting.
