Honda has been nothing but AMAZING to me. This is my second time buying a brand new honda directly from them. They took no longer that 3 hours to make everything happen, they listen to your concerns beforehand ALWAYS, and don’t do anything without telling you first or explaining. They are eager to work around any problems you may have and will tell you right off the bat if it’s just not possible. They are always positive about the sale at hand though!

I've been to Thompson's Honda twice now with my Ridgeline, first for installing an OEM tonneau cover and just last week for an oil change and tire rotation. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of their work, their attention to detail, and the way they keep me informed about all aspects of the service work. The service is prompt and efficient, and the waiting rooms are most pleasant. You even get a text while you're there asking if you need anything, and who to contact if you do. All in all, a very good experience for both me and my Ridgeline.
