Service was ok - very expensive. They sold me a new battery and installed it... my dashboard battery warning light is on. I went in for an oil change and $1000 + later I'll have to go back to get the dashboard light addressed... Rachel was nice, though. She found a coupon for $50 off, so there's that. I was in the shop for 5 hours; they were busy I guess.
I don’t understand how they could not find the code. Advanced technology is a shocking failure on this.
Sean is a keeper. He is just the nicest guy to deal with. The service is great also. So happy with my Chevrolet! and its service!
I am a do-it-yourselfer when it comes to car maintenance, but when it comes to things I don't want to tackle or don't have time to tackle, I bring them to Tim Lally and have never been disappointed.
I have always been treated good when I go to the dealer to get my oil change they go over and above I appreciate it
