No pressure. Nice waiting area. Blower motor replaced, hopefully it fixes my issue. Good old Chevy.
Jeff was friendly, warm and courteous. He answered our questions and found answers when he couldn’t. Helped us set up the car when we left, in not good weather. Were repeat customers and will be back.
We've been coming to Tim Lally for at least 28 years. Nice staff, good service work, and okay place to wait if needed
Matt was polite and very welcoming. Tim lally got me in and out, not sure if it was because my appointment was in afternoon rather than the morning. Normally my appointments be early in morning and would normally take at least 1 1/2 to 2hrs. Going in at 1:30pm I was out less then a hour. Thumbs up
Service was ok - very expensive. They sold me a new battery and installed it... my dashboard battery warning light is on. I went in for an oil change and $1000 + later I'll have to go back to get the dashboard light addressed... Rachel was nice, though. She found a coupon for $50 off, so there's that. I was in the shop for 5 hours; they were busy I guess.
I don’t understand how they could not find the code. Advanced technology is a shocking failure on this.
