I just purchased my BRAND NEW 2020 Acura TLX from Tony Sia, and he was amazing. He showed me everything about the vehicle and made sure I was comfortable with it coming from an RDX. When it was time for Negotiations (The Hard Part), he introduced me to his Manager (Aubrey Farrare). At first thought, I was like "Oh Lord" Why do I need to see the manager....but Aubrey was like a breath of fresh air. He took the stress out of the negotiation, and made me feel as though I was one of his family members buying a car from him. Once the deal was done, I saw Bruce in finance, and he was super patient with me (I read every document...front and back). He was nice enough to discount the maitentance plan.
