Bought our first Jeep here July 2025. Excellent service, never felt rushed or pressured. Had an excellent day, enjoyed the Tom Ahl experience.
In May 2025 I purchased a used 2024 Ford Mustang convertible from the Tom Ahl dealership in Lima. Matt Westrick was the sales consultant. He was very helpful and addressed all my questions. Unfortunately, after a few days I started experiencing problems with the car lights turning on randomly. I took it to a Ford dealer where they discovered a faulty body control module (BCM) caused by a water leak. The car was at the dealer for three weeks. Fortunately, the repair was covered under warranty. I had informed Matt, who kindly followed up after the sale. He was very apologetic and continued contacting me to check the status of the car. If purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, I highly recommend Matt Westrick. I never heard from the dealership management, the reason not giving it a perfect score.
Matt was very helpful by answering my questions and by helping to find the vehicle with the options and the payment I wanted. I'm on a fixed income so this was important to me. My younger brother referred me to this dealership and I would recommend them also.
They were extremely friendly and very helpful. Answered all my questions and helped me figure out all the bells and whistles that I wasn’t sure of no matter how small
