I bought a 2014 ford focus had it 2 months the transmission went out the 1 st time 16 months later happened again 8,124,00$ it still doesn’t run ? I just left the car and they would not help me in anyway! Do not buy a used car from this dealership. They were dishonest and sold me a car with 43,000 miles with a history of transmission failures ! They sold me a car with recalls on the gas tanks !

Would be less then 1 star if possible. Purchased a used f150, nothing but issues, during a repair that they did we were given a loaner car supplied by them then charged us over $300. Temp tag runs out in a couple days and still no title. Every time we call we get the ( we'll look into it and call you back ) never a call ? Please stay far far away, it's run more like a back yard used car lot then a dealership

Our truck blew a high pressure radiator hose a thousand miles from home and after calling around, these guys were the only ones that said they could get it fixed that day or possibly the next. When we got there, not only did they have both parts that we needed in stock but the tech was very very nice and had us back on the road in about an hour. Everyone we spoke to was very kind. They could have easily told us that they were so backed up with other repairs like the other dealerships, but they didn't and for that we are forever thankful.

I’ve bought a 2020 ford explorer an I have had tons of issues. It’s been 8 months since I’ve bought it an at least 6 of those months it’s been in the shop multiple times it’s poor business an when u call them it’s the same old run around never in my life time will buy a another vehicle here or send anyone here. I’ll gladly post about an let all kinds of people know near the Preston area

Service was great. Extensive timing chain/phaser work taken care of with no problems. One dealer didn't even want to fix the issue. Had a great warranty and they had no problems dealing with that. About as easy on my end as you can get.

Very impressed. No pressure, very thorough and patient with my buying process. Will highly recommend!
