O K….first I want to start out by saying that I started my journey in searching for a vehicle about 2 months ago. I went to approximately 4 dealerships not knowing which type of vehicle I wanted to purchase. I shopped on Carfax to help me narrow my search down to a Jeep Grand Cherokee because of the Jeeps reliability, safety features, look of the vehicle and affordability of the vehicle. Now, once I figured out which vehicle I wanted to purchase, the HARD part was finding the best Dealership that maintains their vehicles, vehicles are in great condition and the dealership has an array of inventory to choose from. Well…I must say that Town&Country is “THE” dealership you want to do business with. No pressure, upfront pricing, a HUGE inventory of vehicles, Town&Country vehicles are VERY well maintained AND last but not least the Sales Staff are VERY professional, makes you feel like you’ve known them for years AND will do everything within their capacity to help you close on the deal of purchasing a vehicle. From the moment I walked into Town&Country’s, Pre-Owned Dept., salesperson Mark was ready, willing and able to assist. I liked that he is very knowledgeable, patient and helped me to make the RIGHT decision on my purchase. He wasn’t pushy…wellll…not tooo pushy (smile), and allowed me to take my time in my decision of my purchase. Then there’s Boli, another Sales Person who trook me on a test drive. The test drive wasn’t rushed. We drove for about a good half an hour, talked, laughed, as if I’ve known Boli for quite some time. Boli wanted me to experience the smooth ride of the Grand Cherokee and baaaaby!!! The Jeep Grand Cherokee is LUXURY!! THANK YOU Boli for taking me on a test drive that wasn’t rushed. Last but not least..I have to save the best for last…”my” Pasqual (Patrick) is a real “gem”. Pasqual (Patrick) is also a salesperson who basically took over the end part of closing my deal on vehicle. He assisted with transferring my car insurance over to my new vehicle, and sat with me while I waited for Monica (finance dept) to go over purchase agreement. Once purchase agreement was signed, Pasqual (Patrick) showed me how to use the features in my CPO vehicle, set up my android phone on the vehicles dashboard and just made the last part of my purchase a WONDERFUL experience. Mark, Boli and Pasqual (Patrick), thank you guys soooo much for all you’ve done to make my purchase a pleasant experience. You guys rock and Town&Country is only as good as their employees. Keep up the great work guys!! If anyone is in the market of looking for a new or pre owned vehicle…do not hesitate to visit Town&Country Jeep. You won’t be disappointed.
