I never liked the car buying experience. I usually just write down what I want and wish to pay on a piece of paper and hand it to the floor manager; avoid human contact as much as possible. Kevin made the experience easy to handle. No high-pressure sales tactics, and he just left me alone to check out the car. Negotiation of the OTD price met with little resistance, and I got the payment terms I'm comfortable with.
